dcm4che 5.22 Cannot create dicomdir - IncompatibleSpecificCharaterSetException

Creation of dicomdirs with dicom files with defined Specific Character Set hangs with:

dcmdir -c /tmp/test/DICOMDIR /tmp/test/DICOM

Hi all,

This issue has been reported several times in the last few days, it seems like a bug that is affecting many of us.

For the awesome developers - you are doing great work and it seems like the fix has been developed and included in 5.22.1. Do we have an estimated time on release of 5.22.1, or would it be possible to make an intermediary release 5.22.0p1 where the fix is included?
