CR Modality not forwarded / exported

Hello Everybody

I have got strange problem. In my setup two modalities (CT, CR) are connected to DCM4CHEE PACS (AET GNINE) on LAN. 

This pacs is configured to forward all studies to another PACS (AET IDCPACS) connected through Internet.

All studies from  CT modality are being forwarded to remote PACS ie IDCPACS without any problem. However  studies from CR modality (Agfa CR30-X) are not

being forwarded. Even exporting from web3 interface is also not working and results in error. Extracts from the server 

log is attached. I understand CR studies are large files so I increased MoveScu AccepTimeout and DIMSETimeout value but to no avail.

Please help me!! I am in real trouble

What is the timeout on the receiving PACS? (No open PDV)

Usually its the DIMSETimeout that must be increased. You can set it to 0 to never timeout and see what happens - transfer should either succeed eventually or the receiver will timeout.

I increased the DIMSETimeout ten times in service QueryRetrieveScp on both PACS and it solved the problem. I will also check it by changing it only on the receiving PACS.
