secure install of dcm4chee-arc 5.17.1 leads to blank screen

I've done a secure install of mysql dcm4chee-arc 5.17.1.

It looks like it works kind of, I was able to surf to http://localhost:8080/dcm4chee-arc/ui2. When I first surfed to the URL, a spinning icon would whirl around. I then did a reload of the url and the login screen came on. I logged in as admin and the result is a blank screen. The menu icon on the upper left works, in that when I click on it, the left side of the web page opens up the menu selection of "Monitoring, Studies, Configuration", but clicking on any one of those menu items leaves me back to the "blank screen" as shown in the screen shot attached. Am I missing some other configuration detail that I need to do in keycloak? Like configure what gets shown in the web site to which user which has whichever role assigned to it?

open the browser inspect (right click-> inspect for Chrome and Firefox) and look if you see some errors on the "Console" or "Network" (Google Chrome) tab and post those logs here.

I have an unauthorized error. See attached screen shot. There are no error messages i the network tab.

If you have trouble reading the screen shot, the basic error message is here....

Check the Web Origins value(s) of the client configuration in Keycloak.
