Move study to another local storage

Hello, I inherit an installation of DCM4CHEE in 5.19. The main fs1 storage being almost full, I mounted a new storage on docker. I also added storage on ARC which you can see when you go to "Storage systems".

I'm a little lost and I don't have all the knowledge about this tool.

should I create a new exporter? I can't configure it with a local storage source.

Can I manually move exams to the new storage?

Can I make a rule to say, all exams over 5 years old, you are copied to the new storage and deleted from the old one?
