Could someone provide an example of how to use the libraries to codify an attribute with a VR = sequence?

Let's say we want to codify the attribute Patient Breed Code Sequence (0010,2293) and my DICOM attributes are within dataset variable. Would be dataset.setString(Tag.PatientBreedCodeSequence, VR.SQ, ????????????) ?

Patient Breed Code Sequence (0010,2293) VR= SQ

My solve is a problem in file "CreateDicomSQ.java".
