Get dcm image name when use getscu?

I had downloaded DICOM image from dcm4chee using the getscu command but when downloaded it give the name 

inst: 1.3.46.670589.11.0.0.11.4.2.0.8743.5.3800.2006120117111325022

i am not getting what it is, can we provide our own name to image when get image using getscu.

I am trying to get images from the dcm4chee and by fetching the data reading the dcm file to map with records.

Idea and suggestions are most welcome.
