puppet module to install dcm4chee

Hello all!

I created a little puppet module to install and configure dcm4chee which I want to share with you :)

I only tested it on Ubuntu 14.04 64bit and it currently only supports mysql database. But that can change quickly, anybody interested in contributing please join :)

Would be great to get some feedback or help in adding unit tests, support installation for postgresql and more...
