Has anyone succesfully built dcm4chee DICOM Proxy?

I'm trying to build dcm4chee DICOM Proxy.  Has anyone successfully built it?  I did build dcm4che-3 DICOM Toolkit through Maven 3 successfully.  The error messages I am getting is below.

Never mind, I figured it out.

I removed the phrase "-SNAPSHOT" from all of the pom.xml files.  It's attached to the version number.
