Fresh install dcm4chee with DB import

Hello.

Sorry for my English because its not my native language.

So the question is: how to make fressh install dcm4chee and then just import the part of DB info that includes patients data?

So i need to import only some tables of thr DB, but i dont know which are...

On my opinion:

1. files

2. media

3. patient

4. priv_file

5. priv_instance

6. priv_patient

7. priv_series

8. priv_study

9. series

10. study

11. study_on_fs

Now i have Ubuntu 18.04 and mysql version 5.7.25

And i want to move to Debian 8 server.

I think its more stable. I've got about 10000 of studies in my DB. The reason of my fresh install - i've made a lot of changes in jmx-console to make my transfer speed between Toshiba Activion 16 and dcm4chee faster then about 5-7 mbits. But nothing... 

So the first question How to make a fresh install without reinitializing all files?

And another one, maybe some one know why Toshiba initiate only one thread at the same time? Because another pacs servers (efilm, radiant) dont have this problems. (Note: all instanses are remotely connected via PPTP tonnels).
