Hi everybody !

my dcm4chee server is used to generate MWL from ORMO01, works fine
I can send MPPS from Modality using data obtained from MWL, (mwl_item.sps_status changed from 0 - SCHEDULED to 3- STARTED)

what I need is to send HL7 (http://www.dcm4che.org/confluence/display/ee2/MPPS+to+ORM+Service)
I can't configure HL7 sender IP/port

MPPS to ORM service is Enabled

Hi Pawel!

HL7 hosts are configured in AE management in this way: 
AET: facility^application    eg.: hospital^ris
Host: dest_host
Port: xxxx

in hl7 service you only have to configure "hospital^ris"  as destination

thanks, sounds easy, but I can't find "destination" on any HL7 service
is it in HL7 Send Service ForwardingRules ?

Sorry Pawel the last part of my post wasn't expressed clearly....

in HL7 Send Service you have to configure ->

ForwardingRules

List of forwarding rules.

Syntax:

rules = rule+ | 'NONE'
rule = [conditions] destination
conditions = '[' condition {',' condition} ']'
condition = attribute ['!'] '=' value {'|' value }
value = string
attribute = 'sending' | 'receiving' | 'msgtype'
destination = application '^' facility
application = string
facility = string

Default Value: [sending=PACS_NODEXX^DCM4CHEE]PACS_CENTRAL^DCM4CHEE

For this example an entry for PACS_CENTRAL^DCM4CHEE in AE Management (with host and port) would receive the hl7 messages.

For this example an entry for PACS_CENTRAL^DCM4CHEE in AE Management (with host and port) would receive the hl7 messages.

and who is: PACS_NODEXX^DCM4CHEE in this expamle ?
I'm newbie in DCM4CHEE (one week experience) and I'm a little bit confused about some solutions
especially who is who (sending, linked sending, reciving etc.) between internal services
below is my testing env.:
HAPI (192.168.33.1) sending ORM-O01 to DCM4CHEE (192.168.33.135:2575)
DVTKMODALITY (192.168.33.140:104) gets MWL item from DCM4CHEE (192.168.33.135:11112) and sending MPPS to DCM4CHEE
I need to send HL7 from DCM4CHEE (mpps2orm) to HAPI (192.168.33.140:2570)
my AET-able:
DCM4CHEE;localhost;11112
HAPI^HAPI;192.168.33.1;2570
DVTKMODALITY;192.168.33.140;104

I still (after many tests) don't know how to configure forwarding rules

By default the MPPS2ORM service sending AE is DCM4CHEE^DCM4CHEE so in the HL7Send service your ForwardingRule is: [sending=DCM4CHEE^DCM4CHEE]HAPI^HAPI

Hello, I see that several years ago this question was asked.
I am trying to send the responses (HL7) to a channel (mirth).

I am using DCM4CHEE Archive 5 but I don't know what to do.

I appreciate any help.

I am facing similar kind of problem. I am able to send modality worklist to the some modalities like CR,DX but not able to send GE MRI (N_SET_RQ) .
