I have dcm4chee-arc-light with MWL. Different mwl items have different Scheduled Station AE Titles.
Is it possible to filter MWL by Called AE Title or by Calling AE Title?

If yes how to do it?

Close, but not exactly.

My problem:
I have multiple modalities. When querying MWL I can specify Station AE Title, but I want to automate it.

Now All madalities can see all MWL items.
I want to use modality calling AE Title to query only MWL items scheduled for that AETitle.

Why not configuring the modalities to use their own AET as matching key, as specified by IHE SWF Transaction: Query Modality Worklist [RAD-5], The Broad Query?

I understand what Michal is facing.  Sometimes it can take weeks if not months to get all of ones modalities configurations changed or setup the way they are needed.  Some vendors won't let regular users into their config to change those settings, so a field engineer has to come out and make the changes.  That can be a cost to the clinic or hospital.  When a PACS admin has to deal with multiple vendors to get the config changes needed for each modality (depending on how large the site is), it can be a very daunting task.

@Gunter - one thing I forgot to ask earlier was, is there a way to coerce the cfind response in DCM4CHEE-ARC-LIGHT like in DCM4CHEE v2.18.x with the file 'mwl-cfindrq.xsl'?

Not yet implemented. You may open an issue ...

What I am facing for 20+ years in the field is, that if you do not help/(en)force customers to adjust their workflows according standards available for 20+ years, implemented by most devices 15+ years ago,  you will stay with workarounds forever, collecting inconsistent data in your archives, for which the customer will blame you in some future...

@Gunter,

Is this feature available in the latest Release?
