No because it is difficult to provide a volume rendering tool and in the same time keeping the application with a low memory footprint. There are some 3D tools like MPR and MIP, see the list of features.

Hi Rashed,

It is a exported series of a 3D render from OsiriX. You can see this when the video shows series details from the dcm4chee web interface.

Weasis is not rendering. It is just displaying an exported 2D series representing the rendered 3D object.
