Image duplication from Fuji CR (advance)

I have a situation where the client wants to send a duplicate image of the same patient to pacs dcm4chee. but do not leave the console. do you know what could be happening? would it be on the dcm or on the advance console from fuji?

there are situations when it comes to x-rays where the incidence is the entire arm, but for less exposure, the same image, cut out the wrist area and cut out the elbow area, making two images coming from one, but I'm not getting receive from a fuji system (advance)
