I think my JRE and JDK are all latest versions. When I open weasis it pops out and exit and then show a window about "To use the “java” command-line tool you need to install a JDK.". How to fix this problem?

With the current version, there are several issues on Mac regarding the security and the version of Java.

The next release should solve all the problems. You can download a pre-release here (for Mac => Weasis-3.5.1.pkg). Here are the major changes:
  • Java Runtime will be embedded with the application. No need to care about the Java version installed on the system. Ensure better compatibility between Java and Weasis.
  • The installer will register the URI scheme (weasis://...) for each system. This allows launching Weasis from most of the browsers or any other applications.
  • The installer will register the DICOM file association with Weasis.
  • It will solve security issues (sandbox and signature) on Mac OS X.
  • Better integration of menu on Mac OS X.
I still have to find time to do the documentation explaining web integration and the launch API.
