Add dicom tags in Weasis

I'm trying to add the tag Code​Meaning (0008,0104)  to Weasis (2.5.3) by modifying the attributes-view.xml file, however it doesn't show up in the UI.

Modifying other  preset tags in the same file works so I think I'm modifying the correct file.

Any help is appreciated.
