HL7 ORM_O01 messages with all fields of mwlitem.xml sample

Hello! I'm trying to send to DCM4CHEE Worklist Server  a HL7 ORM_O01 message with the same fields of mwlitem.xml sample.

I added devices with their own protocol on Jboss configuration. The HL7 messages arrive, but some fields are missing. Someone can tell me where I have to put the information in HL7 messages to fill this fields:

- Allergies

- Special needs

- Patient State

- SPS -> Item #1 -> Requested Contrast Agent

- SPS -> SP Step Location

- SPS -> Pre-Medication
