Change stored tag dicom

Hi,

I would like to know how i can change a tag dicom of a stored patient in dcm. 

For example, i would like to change the Patient Name. This modification must change all the dcm files of the current patient and actualize the database.

Does i need to use dcmmodify? Which is the command line? I don't want to use the web interface.
