Create/Edit DICOM SR with Weasis

First of all I want to thanks for the amazing job with Weasis. I was reading about how to build and install plugins for Weasis and the follow question came up:
It's possible to edit/create a DICOM SR inside weasis? Or is this out of scope of weasis?

The current DICOM SR plugin has been designed for reading only. It would be possible to create/edit SR but we won't develop it because it is difficult to build a generic tool and to make it work over the web.
