Patient duplication from Romexis (Patient Name with trailing ^^^)

Hello,I have a very annoying issue with studies coming from Romexis (Planmeca).When Romexis sends a study, the Patient Name is formatted as LASTNAME^FIRSTNAME^^^ (with three trailing carets). This creates a different hash compared to studies from other modalities (which send LASTNAME^FIRSTNAME), causing the archive to create duplicate patient records.What is the best way to solve this problem?Thanks in advance.
