Hello,
I want to know how to record a CD with the images of a patient that includes weasis or another dicom viewer that allows to see the images in Windows or MAC.
Actually I have installed DCM4CHEE 2.17.3 in Windows serv 2008.
but it has not helped me. If someone has a guide or can help me with the steps I will be very grateful. I do not have much knowledge about this.

Thanks in advance.

Weasis  has an optional package for exporting the images to build an ISO image for CD/DVD   -  add weasis-ext.war to the dcm4chee deploy folder.

I have also tried using dcm4chee-cdw 2.17.1 but at the time of export it shows the error.

I can send the images to cdw but it does not start cd recording. I see the files received in the cdw.spool folder but not the .iso file
Any idea what I'm doing wrong?
How do I start burning the CD when I export from dcm4chee-web3?

Have you configured the CDW Media Creation Request Emulator. When this is correctly configured then you can send it a study and it will automatically create a CD/DVD. So from dcm4chee web3 interface you would select a study then export it to CDRECORD (default AE to create a 'Patient' CD). You would configure the Emulator to create media for studies received from calling AE DCM4CHEE.

I have configured the AE in jmx-console Groups / SourceAETitles ... but I still can not burn CD.

Is the Emulator at least creating a Media Creation Request (look in server.log)?

I'm burning now !. apparently the problem was that I was not running the run.bat as administrator (windows 7).

I notice that it takes about 2 minutes to start burning the CD after sending the study. Is it possible to reduce this time, how?

Thanks for your help.
