Installation of DCM4CHEE Archive 4.5.0-SNAPSHOT

Hello,

I'm trying to install DCM4CHEE Archive 4.5.0-SNAPSHOT as described here:
https://github.com/dcm4che/dcm4chee-arc-cdi/blob/master/INSTALL.md

However when I try to deploy the application (following step 18) issuing the command:

deploy ../dcm4chee-arc-4.4.0.Beta1/deploy/dcm4chee-arc-war-4.4.0.Beta1-psql.war

I get a FileNotFoundException:

java.io.FileNotFoundException: ../standalone/configuration/sample-config.json (No such file or directory)

The file however sample-config.json exists at

 $JBOSS_HOME/standalone/configuration/

Does anybody know what is the problem or how I should proceed for troubleshooting it?
