Add DICOM image with GSPS annotation to SR Report

Hi,
 
How can I add dicom image with gsps annotation as reference image in SR Report ?

can Structured reports reference presentation states to be applied on the referenced images ?
can view image with GSPS annotation on dcm4chee web interface ? can you let me know how can do that ?

I am able to reference dicom image as  key image in SR Report

I was reading DICOM part 18 for WADO, Page 20, It looks to me there is no WADO for GSPS, I am attaching the document
