i want to build  dcm4che-5.23.2  from

install the linux server . and also know that what is the difference between 

dcm4che-5.23.2   and dcm4chee-arc-light? and which one better for Teleradiology

Hi,
dcm4che is the library and the dcm4chee-arc-light is the archive that is using that library. So if you want to develop/program a new archive from scratch or some other DICOM application you would probably need the library dcm4che, if you need a ready-to-use DICOM archive/pacs then you need dcm4chee-arc-light.
I would prefer you to try the docker version of the archive, it is much easier to install.

Shefki Esadi hope you are doing well.I want to use dcm4chee-arc-light as a cloud application an also install it into the multiple medical center

when a modality send an study the medical center dcm4chee-arc-light server after certain time this study sync with cloud dcm4chee-arc-light  with a unique medical center Id is it possible?if you have any idea please share
