DICOMweb root URL

Hello,

We're using dcm4chee as a DICOMweb server behind a reverse proxy. Unfortunately, since dcm4chee uses the root of the incoming request's URL to generate BulkData and Content-Location URLs, these generated URLs end up pointing to private addresses behind the reverse proxy, and don't correspond to the URLs the client needs to contact.

Has anyone else run into this problem? Is there a trick change the root URL that dcm4chee uses? Are there any other suggested solutions?
