Hi there,

I am trying to broadcast/forward a patient id update event to OSIRIX using StudyMgtScu and I cant get it to work.

I've tried updating the patient via the web interface and doesn't work either.

Workflow:

1. HL7 A47 is send to DCM4CHE to update the "Patient ID" (working fine)
2. Forward all instances of the related patient to OSIRIX

Configuration:

A simple one dcm4chee pacs with 2 workstations configured and communicating with no issues

• DCM4CHEE (PACS)
• HOROS (Workstation)
• OSIRIX (Workstation)

I also have a Forward from HOROS -> DCM4CHEE -> OSIRIX  and works perfectly.

Here is what Ive done:

• dcm4chee.archive.Forward
  
• EnablePatientUpdated = false (have tried with this true)
• EnableSeriesUpdated = false  (have tried with this true)
• ForwardModifiedToAETitles = OSIRIX,HOROS
• dcm4chee.archive.ContentEditService
  
• CalledAETitle = TRAUPDATE
  
• CallingAETitle = TRAUPDATE
  
• dcm4chee.archive.StudyMgtScu
  
• ForwardingRules = [calling=TRAUPDATE]OSIRIX
  

And I am sending this HL7 A47....

What I am doing wrong? :-)

UPDATE!!!

Well, I was able to make the web to forward the study by setting...

• dcm4chee.web.ContentEditService
  
• ForwardModifiedToAETs = OSIRIX
• EnableForwardOnPatientUpdate = true

HL7 still not working :-(
