Increasing annotations size in DICOM Print on Weasis source code

Hi,
Could you please tell me, how can i increase the size of annotations on DICOM Print in source code? When i print the film with Weasis, the annotations are very small.

I've published some fixes and improvements for DICOM print:

- allow to print the layout (more than one image per page)

- fix closing the DICOM association with DICOM printer

- improve the size of image transmitted with DPI option

- improve the displayed size of the annotations

- fix empty image density, border density, image interpolation

I also removed all the display format options except STANDARD\1,1, which is guaranteed to work with any DICOM printer. So a big image which can contain multiple displayed images is sent to the DICOM printer. It is not optimal but it works in any situation.

The annotations and measurements are burn in the images with DICOM print. So it can lead to aliasing issues. The standard printer will receive vector information for annotations and measurements.

Could you give a feedback on these changes. Let me know if you need a binary build.

I tested on a virtual dicom printer and it works wonderfully.

Related to the printing of multiple series, it would be nice to let the user hide annotations of individual series. This way, when printing, only one cell (top left, for example) will contain user name, accession, study date, etc, and all others will contain only the image.

You can customize the print of each view of the layout by using the display panel on the right side (uncheck apply to all views).
