Connection reset from GE scanner

HI all,
I 'm using cm4che2 2.0.26 and I have a problem with GE scanner when I try to comunicate to them, also for a simply echoscu.
I tried also with other tools such as JDicom and DCMTK from offis, with this tools the comunication is ok.
For storage comunication I haven't problem but for all comunication where my application is SCU I have a connection reset error.

I need help, thank you!
