MWL Replica: Update MWL entries with different status

Dear All,

I have an MWL Replica server running where it is getting mwl items from the main RIS Server.

I want the Replica Server to update mwl item state when there is a change in the main RIS Server like Cancel an existing item, Completing an existing item.

In the rq.xsl, I have the following..

         <!-- Scheduled Procedure Step Status -->

                  <attr tag="00400020" vr="CS">

                      <xsl:text>SCHEDULED\ARRIVED\READY</xsl:text>

                  </attr>

What can I do to update the mwl replica's mwl item status when there is a change in the main RIS Server?
