Notes about weasis integration

Hello

Just have a note about weasis integration with arc archive.

With all-default 5.16.0 nonsecure instalation on docker i just followed instructions (https://nroduit.github.io/en/getting-started/dcm4chee/  and  https://github.com/dcm4che/dcm4chee-arc-light/wiki/Weasis-Viewer-Integration)

and everything immediately working good.

But with 5.16.0 all-secure instalation on docker, with changed main AET of archive i have to additionally, beyond obvious change of arc.aet and arc.wado.url:

1) change arc.host to 127.0.0.1 in dicom-dcm4chee.properties, "localhost" not working;

2) most interesting part - add new AET "pacs-connector" with 127.0.0.1:11112  to archive configuration, otherwise weasis able to get study description but unable to load data.

after that all works good.

Am i doing something awkward or maybe this need to be added to above instructions?

I just updated the documentation for installing Weasis in dcm4chee and the weasis-pacs-connector 7.1.1 contains the default configuration for dcm4chee-arc-light.

1) change arc.host to 127.0.0.1 in dicom-dcm4chee.properties, "localhost" not working;

It could be an issue with hostname configuration on your server (/etc/hosts).  

2) most interesting part - add new AET "pacs-connector" with 127.0.0.1:11112  to archive configuration, otherwise weasis able to get study description but unable to load data.

If you change the AET of the archive, you need to change the property arc.aet. With several archive AETs, you need to add a new dicom-dcm4chee-arc.properties (the file name must be add at the end of weasis-pacs-connector.properties) with a new arc.id and an appropriate arc.aet.

Hello

I am working on an  Ubuntu 18.04  Vm with  Dcm4chee arc : 5.12/ Postgres 10.0-12 / Oviyam 2.7  on docker. I wanted to change the wiewer for weasis.

I followed the instructions from this page : https://nroduit.github.io/en/getting-started/dcm4chee/#for-dcm4chee-arc-light.

The weasis.war (3.0.4) + weasis-pacs-connector (7.1.1) have been deployed by the  wildfly management console, and are actives.

I did copy the 2 documents  : weasis-pacs-connector.properties and dicom-dcm4chee-arc.properties into $WILDFLY_HOME/standalone/configuration 

i changed arc.host to 127.0.0.1 in dicom-dcm4chee.properties  

when I want to visualize a patient study :

http://192.168.100.149:8080/weasis-pacs-connector/viewer?PatientID=0

I have this message : "java.io.FileNotFoundException: http://192.168.100.149:8080/weasis-pacs-connector/weasis-launcher.jar"

If somebody could give me a hand on this.
