storescu on dcm4chee5 failed on TORESCU->DCM4CHEE(1): enter state: Sta5 - Awaiting A-ASSOCIATE-AC or A-ASSOCIATE-RJ PDU

I installed dcm4chee-arc-light on debian 8.2 virtual machine(java8, postgres, apacheds, wildfly10), everything works well, but failed when send the dicom to dcm4chee, there's no error on the server side, I ever successfully storescu on other installation on my MacOS, could anyone give me some insight:
