What can be the issue here? and How can I facilitate uploading zip files to create a case in DICOM server?

Thanks

Hi,
upload of DICOM files as zip is not supported, (But you could unpack the zip and from the UI select multiple (dozens) files to upload).
To find out why the single file (dcm) is not working you have to look the logs (ether server logs or at least the browser inspect logs (F12 - network Tab)) to see what's the request URL and response/error that's coming from the server.

Uploading studies as zip is not supported as it is also currently not available in the DICOM standard

I'm getting the same error, i'm using the docker version all secure (UI and REST) with keycloak, if you see at the image the error seems come from the request is going forward to a non https address.
Any help is appreciated, thanks

Well, i solved the issue in Web Application Network Connection(s) unchecking the corresponding HTTP checkbox, see image
