I want to know if oblique MPR is already exist in weasis?
do they plan it?

No, see this post.

There is a weasis plugin with an oblique MPR and MIP and some basic 3D reconstruction but it is a commercial plugin.

This 3D plugin is a ongoing project and the licensing terms and prices will release soon. I'm not involved directly but I will make an announce.
