Problem: Weasis opens but does not load the DICOM study (dcm4chee 5)

Hi everyone,
I’m having trouble opening studies in Weasis from my dcm4chee 5 server.

When I click the viewer button, Weasis launches correctly, but the study does not load.
In the Weasis logs, I see these messages:

*ERROR* No ACK from server

Any help would be greatly appreciated 🙏

It just stays like this and never fully loads the study

You should provide detailed logs in debug mode.
It looks like a firewall is blocking downloads.
