I just released dcm4chee-arc-4.1.0.Alpha2 at https://sourceforge.net/projects/dcm4che/files/dcm4chee-arc4/4.1.0.Alpha2/ .
It now supports also
- emitting of IHE ATNA compliant audit messages
- retrieve by WADO URI service
- image compression/decompression

Compression/Decompression relies on JAI-IMAGE-IO 1.2, and therefore only works on platforms supported by JAI-IMAGE-IO 1.2 - in partiuclar it does not work on Windows 64 bit and MAC OS X.
