DCM tool kit for freenas

Is it possible to use dmctk in FREENAS ?  Does somebody already working on this ?

FREENAS is running on FREEBSD.  The toolkit 'should' work just fine as long as it knows where 'JAVA_HOME' is.

You refer to DCMTK from OFFIS? DCMTK is written in a mixture of ANSI C and C ++ Docjay mentions JAVA so I suppose that it refers to the Java-based implementation that is DCM4CHEE.

In any case FreeNAS or another NAS System, nowadays the Hardware with Software that you use is indistinct. I have deployed and I am sysadmin of dcm4chee 2.x and 5.x with and without NAS, with RAID or without RAID, in Physical and Virtual Servers
I have also deployed and configured Orthanc that uses DCMTK below and I have done it with NAS

It should: install a FreeBSD jail with Java installed, and try it, should be fine.

Thanks a lot !!  I have a NAS system working as a backup  of my Images DB, and i need to get dicom tags and change some images to Jpg, DCM toolkit from Offis can make all of this for me !!
