cannot deploy dcm4chee 5 pls help

When I type this:
deploy C:\dcm4chee5\bin\dcm4chee-arc-5.1.0-mysql\deploy\dcm4chee-arc-ear-5.1.0-mysql.ear

I get the ff. error:

Setup WildFly

1. Copy configuration files into the WildFly installation:

> cp -r $DCM4CHEE_ARC/configuration/dcm4chee-arc $WILDFLY_HOME/standalone/configuration [UNIX]
> xcopy %DCM4CHEE_ARC%\configuration\dcm4chee-arc %WILDFLY_HOME%\standalone\configuration [Windows]

Can I ask another question? how can I access http://localhost:8080/dcm4chee-arc/ui/#/studies in client pc? My server pc ip address for example is 192.168.1.33, and I type in in the url http://192.168.1.33:8080/dcm4chee-arc/ui/#/studies but it doesn't show anything. Help me please
