Hi all.

I am attempting to connect to a machine running Horos in my work institution from a computer running Linux and Weasis 4.6.1, both computers are on two different network segments one at *.*.202.244 and the other is at *.*.203.63, both computers can ping one another happily and I can even remote login from one to the other using secure shell and sftp.

I have made sure that on both ends all relevant parameters are equal, IP address, AE Titles, Descriptions and ports, however I get a time out error every time I attempt to connect to the Horos host.

The Linux mchine in question is actually an iMac (2013) too old to run Catalina reliably and for some odd reason macos crashes continually on it (but not Linux), and is unbearbly slow. Before this happened, both computers (the remote, newer Mac running Horos) both machines could query/retrieve from one another happily. The communications test inside Horos is OK, by the way. I have not been able to pinpoint the cause, other than maybe them being on idfferent subnets is an issue for some reason.

Thanks in advance for any insight, and how could I solve this.
