autostart dcmserver on port 11112

I googled for 5 hours to solve this problem, unfortunately not success.

I am newbie on pacs systems. I installed dcm4chee on ubuntu following off.site instructions. I added ae title of workstations to dcm4chee, tested, everything  seems worked, except dicom workstations can not connect to dcm4chee server. On dicom workstation I added as ae title DCM4CHEE, as hostname ip address of server and as port 11112. Then I checked on server port 11112. It is not listening by any service. Firewall is disabled.

I read that I have to manually start service on 11112, but I can't figure out how. My dcm4chee version is 2.17.
How to autostart service on 11112?

You should add in dcm the aetitle, ip and port of the workstations

As I wrote, I added aetitle, ip and port of the workstations. I am able to ping and echo successfully from dcm to workstations. But cannot echo from workstations to dcm, because dcm port 11112 is not opened. My question why it is not opened by default and how to  open it? When say 11112 port is not opened I mean no proccess listening this port. Firewall is disabled at all. I saw examples how to open this port like this "#/var/lib/dcm4chee/bin/dcmsrv 11112 &", but in dcm4chee version 2.17 i didn't find any file with such name.

Supposing your dcm4chee installation directory is in /var/lib/dcm4chee then you must execute

/var/lib/dcm4chee/bin/run.sh 

If the installation directory is different change the path accordingly.

dcm4chee is working, even after rebooting OS it starts automatically. The problem is not listening port 11112. Do I manually run some process which will be accept connections on port 11112? As I understand port 11112 listened by dicom server, which will accept sended dicom images. So, why dicom server is not start automatically? I look at log files, boot.log and server.log, dont see any errors.

I would suspect a file permissions problem - the server does not have permission to write to it's default folders.

I think no problem with permission. What does 'not deployed' mean?
I see that many ports opened by dcm4chee, and only 104 and 11112 ports not opened.

I reinstalled completely. And now it is working. Instead of package dcm4chee-arr-3-1.0.11.deb which I used in first installation I used dcm4chee-arr-3.0.11.deb, and now it is working.
