Now I am using dcm4che 2.x..

What is the difference between DCM4CHEE-arc-light-5.19.0 & dcm4chee5.19.0 ? Is that "dcm4chee-5.19.0" is updated version of dcm4chee 2.18.x ?

Hi Udara,

Notice one has two 'e's (dcm4chee) and the other just one (dcm4che).

dcm4chee-arc-light is the PACS
dcm4che is the library the PACS is based on (plus some cli tools)

dcm4chee-arc-light is a complete rewrite of dcm4chee v2. So, yes, it's kind of an updated version. AFAIK, dcm4chee v2 is considered deprecated or unmaintained.
