I'm putting a portal using the base dcm4chee to Access Images. I have the use interest the WADO Along with OsiriX "osirix://?methodName=DownloadURL&Display=YES&URL='http://dcmserver:8080/wado?requestType=WADO&studyUID=1.2.826.0.1.3680043.2.307.21.89992617240.342512273" But using the URL dcm4chee wado forces use objectUID . Exemplo:
http://dcmserver:8080/wado?requestType=WADO&studyUID=1.2.840.113619.2.22.287.1.27946.20160312.110116&seriesUID=1.2.840.113619.2.22.287.1.27946.2.20160312.110207&objectUID=1.2.840.113619.2.22.287.1.27946.2.4.20160312.110321.
It is possible to remove the objectUID URL and to download the study only using studyUID ? Thank you.

The simple answer is no.

WADO can only be used to download individual instances, not a whole study. WADO can't be used for querying purposes.

If your study has more than one image you will have to fire an individual WADO request for each and every one.

how to download images via URL? I am building a website and I need to add the option to download and also the URL for WADO in OrisiX.

The DownloadURL Osirix command also supports downloading a zip file with all the images instead of a single file, you need to create a zip file server side, package all your images and serve that via an URL.

Or your users will have to add an entry for your PACS to their Osirix station, then you could use the DisplayStudy command coupled with the PACS on Demand feature of Osirix.
