dcm4chee-arc ui2 Admin Realm forbidden

 I had installed successfully the dcm4chee-arc-light-5.13.2-mysql-secure with keycloak-4.5.0.Final and wildfly 12 and the study search everything works fine. 

After logging into administrative web application dcm4chee-arc/ui2 as admin user, there is a drop down menu where there is an option Admin Realm. When the admin user clicks on the Admin Realm option, a forbidden page opens up (  
/auth/admin/dcm4che/console/#/forbidden ). The admin user should have access to this page. So how should I resolve this? Did I missed any configuration. I followed the dcm4chee-arc-light installation doc

If you have access to Keycloak admin console, you can assign realm-management Client roles to your admin user. If your users are in LDAP, you can also check if admin user has realm-management roles mapped to it. You can refer the default-users.ldif

Any idea why keycloak cant be ascess when installing it in synology?

I've not worked with Synology
