5.29.1 HL7 - study date in OBR message - empty field

I have problem with study date in OBR message:

The problem is the empty OBR.7 field in 5.29.1.

Default dcm2hl7-psu.xml file. 

How to fix it?

Check if the DICOM object which triggered the HL7 Procedure Status Update contains either of :

- Study Date / Study Time

- Series Date / Series Time

- Verification Observation Date Time in Verifying Observer Sequence

The stylesheet considers one of the above in ascending order of sequence of the attributes, depending on availability in DICOM dataset, to populate this HL7 field
