ADT^A40 unable to Merge MWL entries into major patient

Hi, 

Patient merges are working on the Patient level but not the MWL entries level i.e. we have a worklist entry against the minor patient, after we process an ADT^A40 message I would expect the worklist entry to be showing against the major patient but DCM4CHEE arc light (v5.14.0 with SQL Server) is still showing the worklist against the minor patient and the minor patient cannot be search on the Patient search screen.

Below is the sample ADT^A40 message.

Is there some configuration which needs to be put in place for this to work properly?
