Hi Aifaz,

There are two different pieces:

dcm4che, which is the DICOM toolkit
dcm4chee, which is a DICOM PACS server, based on the DICOM toolkit

If you only need the toolkit, get DCM4CHE (just with one 'e') on the downloads area.

Thanks!

Hi Aifaz,

The toolkit is a different package, DCM4CHE. Although DCM4CHEE is based on DCM4CHE, it doesn't contain it.

You can get the toolkit here:

http://sourceforge.net/projects/dcm4che/files/dcm4che2/2.0.28/

Thanks

Thanks Andor,

One last thing , How can i add/Deploy it on existing installation(Setup),means where it would place dcm4che-2.0.28-bin.zip after download so that it can take effect on web page.(with toolkit)

Thanks
Aifaz

Hi Aifaz,

Sorry but I don't really know what do you want to do. DCM4CHE is a collection of command line tools for java, and source code, for helping you, either developing or doing DICOM tasks. I don't know where do you want to add it.

Thanks.

First I have done installation as suggested in below tutorials

but after successful installation i didn't get Study or Patient data into the web page http://localhost:8080/dcm4chee-web3/
even also i didn't get ToolKit where i can Add Study, Add Patient, or Move DCM files or dcmqr or How dcmvr,DCMRCV or How and where can i run these command don't know to add studies/patient data.

So Please tell me, what should i do so that i can get ToolKit Features in my web page http://localhost:8080/dcm4chee-web3 and how/where i can run DCMRCV,DCMVR commands.

You’re explanation doesn’t make sense. What do you mean about trying to "get the Toolkit Features” in the web page?

You need to send studies to the dcm4chee server in order to have patient data. I suggest you read up on DICOM fundamentals first.

Hi Aifaz,

You ALREADY have that features, you don't need to touch anything. But your PACS is empty and you need to put images/studies in. You need to get some DICOM files and send them to your PACS, either with a DICOM workstation or software, a modality or using a console tool.

I think you still don't have a clear image of what a PACS and DCM4CHEE is, and how DICOM works.

Hi Aifaz,

You have to send your images from your Conquest DICOM server. Consult their documentation on how to select some studies on their admin tool and forward or move them to an external location via DICOM connection.

Thanks.

The toolbar snaps are from an earlier version of the dcm4chee web interface. If you really think you need it then see: legacy web
