"First Time Launch Of weasis"Dialogue Box not appearing in front

I am using fedora core 15 i686.And while launching weasis the first time,the"First Time Launch Of weasis" Dialogue Box doesn,t appear in front.As it is not, we need to go back one window and click agree to continue..I am using weasis 1.2.6 beta.Is it resolved?

Yes, it is known issue of modal windows that not appears on the front on some systems. I haven't found a good solution to fix it as it is JVM bug. However, it is possible to not show the dialog by changing the preferences.

One idea would be to use glasspane instead of modal dialog, but I haven't evaluate this change yet.
