Receive plain and Forward to TLS connection (Add TLS to a DICOM Software)

Hi

I'm looking for a simple tool to receive DICOM files (Storescp) and forward them to a TLS endpoint (storescu).

In order to add TLS connection to an already installed software that does not support TLS connection.

This is easy feasible with Mirthconnect or dcm4chee but I would like to keep it simple, without the need to install Databases or webservers on the windows PC where the Software is installed.
