How can I install DCM4CHEE on windows server 12 with integrated oviyam?

Well, I was trying to follow some tutorials for installing a mini file with dcm4chee + oviyam on windows server 12, but what I find is already quite outdated.
Is there, or does someone help create what you want?
I once created one, following a Brazilian tutorial, where I basically installed PostgreSQL

DCM4CHEE 2.17.3 For PostgreSql

DCM4CHEE ARR 3.0.12 package

This tutorial does not contain the installation of oviyam.
it is better to install the dcm4che 5 Toolkit & Library version, what is the difference?

Hi,

have you tried following the official wiki? You could try to install using docker (in windows you install docker than follow the wiki ).

what advises me the first or second option?

I don't understand database or Docker well, for that I wanted to start myself, but I wanted to have a pattern or tutorial.

Hi,

If you want an working archive and in addition a viewer (Viewer is not integrated in the installation of dcm4chee) than you should install dcm4chee-arc-light (the easiest installation is, like I said using docker), if you want to develop some DICOM application with java your self than you can use dcm4che toolkit & library (don't use version 2 of the library, that version is not maintained anymore).

to install dcm4chee-arc-light is it necessary to first install dcm4chee?

Hi,

no! dcm4chee-arc-light is an application (archive and web-User Interface) that is using internally dcm4che library (dcm4chee vs dcm4che). (dcm4chee-arc-light is newest version and rewright of dcm4chee 2.x).
