weasis - convert measurement value pixel to mm

Hello,
I have one code using that i have converted dicom file into dictionary format of python. I got all measurement values also, but into that all values i got into
pixels. I need them into mm. I try to configure to draw measurement into mm into weasis, but i was not able to configure that into weasis.
So i tried with some website which convert pixel to mm like (http://www.unitconversion.org/typography/pixels-x-to-millimeters-conversion.html) this website also.

I question is how i configure measurement pixel to mm into weasis or it is good to convert pixel to mm measurement using this website formula ?

Hallo,

I'm not familier with weasis but since weasis is a web application I can say that it is problematic to get the physical length of some pixel, because the physical length (mm or cm) will also depend on ppi (pixel per inch) of the monitor so you can not use some online converter for that. Non of the major browsers give until know the possibility to get the ppi information.

This is meaningless to convert pixel into mm without a scale in the image. In general DICOM images have a spatial calibration (in several fields) that comes from the acquisition device. However when there is no calibration, in wesasis you can calibrate the image manually.

You can also calibrate the screens in weasis preferences to get a real world zoom.
