Delaware County Preservation Network,

When Westtown Township eliminated all members of their Historical Commission, we reformed as the Westtown-Brandywine Historical Society. We have several talks and events planned, and hope to work with other local history groups on future projects to benefit history lovers in our communities.

One of our projects is to present this petition to the Westtown Board of Supervisors. This petition urges them to protect the structure of the historic Darlington Inn on Rt. 202 and 926, as it is slated for auction soon. We hope that you will consider sharing this petition with your members. We have passed 100 signatures in just a few days, and are hoping to present a much larger list of supporters (who can remain anonymous if they wish).
