more statistical options

Dear Dr. Li:

I have tried several different software for microarray analysis
Honestly, dChip is one of the most convenient and user-friendly
software in term of data input and normaliztion
However, there are still some room for improvement
(1) Limited statistical options. I have used TM4 suite, and it has at
least 9 different statistical methods available. I wonder could we at
least add one or two in dChip, such as nonparametric test, SAM
(2) R integration. I found that we could only use some R command when
running dChip. Could we add more? Also I encounter problem after press
the button of "get expression". It terminated prematurely
(3) Limited gene number in PCA. Could remove this limit?
(4) GO and pathway function. Is it possible that we can obtain pathway
figure from selected (or significant) genes?
